Since its creation, OBSAM has been committed to a strong CSR policy! President Nathalie BARAT VANDAMME focuses on two key areas: well-being in the workplace and work-life balance.
«We spend more time at work than at home, and we couldn't ignore such a reality. We have to adapt to this truth and ensure that everyone wins. Implementing the 35-hour week in 4 days was a no-brainer. After a series of tests and adjustments, we noticed that everyone found something to their liking, and that everyone's commitment was all the greater!
So we decided to continue in this direction, while also improving comfort in the workplace (sophrology in the office, acoustic panels, etc.)».»

We have also taken into account a crucial element in daily life which has an impact on both work and personal life: the atmosphere. We promote conviviality by creating moments of communication and setting up events such as "Sock Day". Our animal friends are also invited from time to time to our premises to keep us company.

OBSAM is committed to taking action for the planet. By reducing our heating, lowering our air-conditioning consumption, lowering the thermostat on our hot-water tank or changing our neon lights for LEDs, we want to support changes in our consumption or over-consumption habits by modifying the way we think about our everyday actions. We also have an anti-waste box, to avoid throwing things away, and instead look for recycling actions. Everyone can put in what they no longer need to give it a second life.
In a constant quest to improve with the means at our disposal, everyone is free to contribute their ideas or practices for a more responsible attitude.
