Arthur

A graduate of NEOMA Business School, Arthur is a consultant with OBSAM, in charge of international business development and key accounts. After an initial career in the banking sector and solid international field experience, Arthur has been working with OBSAM since 2025.

Guillaume

grassin

With decades of expertise in aeronautical MCO, Guillaume has developed a strong technical culture combined with a rigorous approach to the demands of the aeronautical industry.

Passionate about IT, he helped launch OBSAM by taking responsibility for structuring the IT department. He is the designer of BOREAL, our obsolescence management tool.

Zakaria

guelilia

A graduate of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Rennes, with a PhD in electronics and telecommunications, Zakaria has extensive experience in managing technical and IT projects.

Passionate about innovation and digital transformation, since 2023 he has been in charge of the technological innovation center, where he supervises the teams in charge of software development and data control. He is responsible for OBSAM's forward-looking projects, working closely with all private, institutional and academic players.

Mickaëla

bolon

Mickaëla holds a degree in business administration (GEA) and an accounting diploma (BTS), and worked for 12 years as an accountant, HR manager, quality manager and logistics manager in an SME in the aeronautics sector. She joined OBSAM in 2023 as an accountant, HR manager and quality manager.

Jess

huré

After initial experience as a logistics manager in the aeronautical sector, Jess joined OBSAM in 2018. He takes charge of and structures the service for identifying possible solutions within the framework of obsolescence management. Applying the rigor of aeronautical processes to all the industrial sectors covered, he advises customers by adapting to their requirements.

With his strong operational and technical background, he has been in charge of OBSAM's Production department since 2023, responsible for monitoring, processing and sourcing.

Nathalie BARAT-VANDAMME has over 20 years' experience in the aeronautics, rail, nuclear and industrial sectors.

Founder of OBSAM, she designs tailor-made solutions to help companies meet the technical and strategic challenges of obsolescence.

OBSAM is committed to achieving ISO 27001 certification by 2025.

Information security is a key issue for OBSAM. By aiming for ISO 27001 certification, the company is strengthening the protection of sensitive data linked to its activities. This international standard guarantees the implementation of rigorous processes: risk management, access control, traceability and a structured security policy. This approach strengthens the confidence of our customers and is fully in line with our commitment to quality and operational control.

Benoît

light

A graduate of the Saint-Cyr military academy and the Ecole de Guerre, Benoît has 30 years' experience in maintaining the operational condition of land equipment and logistics for the French armed forces, both in operational positions and in design and strategic management bodies.

He also brings to OBSAM his expertise in human and organizational management, crisis management and institutional relations.

Managing Director of OBSAM since September 2024, he is more specifically in charge of OBSAM's operations, performance and project management.
