CSR commitment

Environmental and Social Challenges

OBSAM has been strongly committed to a robust Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy since its creation. Two core priorities — employee well‑being and a healthy work–life balance — are actively championed by our Chairwoman, Nathalie BARAT VANDAMME
We spend more time at work than at home, and we could not ignore such a reality. We must adapt to it and ensure that everyone benefits. Implementing a four-day workweek while maintaining 35 hours was an obvious choice. After testing and adjustment phases, we observed that everyone found the right balance and that collective engagement became even stronger.

We therefore decided to continue along this path, while also improving workplace comfort (office sophrology sessions, acoustic panels, etc.).”

Fostering a Positive

Workplace Atmosphere

We also take into account a crucial factor in daily life that impacts both work and personal life: workplace atmosphere. We promote convivial moments by creating opportunities for communication and organizing events such as Slippers & Socks Day. Our four-legged friends are also occasionally welcome in our offices to keep us company.

Team-building days, shared meals, and breakfasts together further enhance our year:

Smiles and motivation are on full display.

expands

and the environment

OBSAM is committed to taking action for the planet. By reducing heating usage, lowering air conditioning consumption, decreasing the temperature of water heaters, and replacing fluorescent lighting with LEDs, we aim to support changes in consumption habits and curb overconsumption by rethinking our everyday actions. We have also introduced an anti-waste box to avoid unnecessary disposal, focusing instead on recycling initiatives. Everyone can contribute items they no longer use, giving them a second life.

In a continuous effort to improve within the means available to us, everyone is encouraged to share ideas or best practices to adopt a more responsible approach.
