Arthur

A graduate of NEOMA Business School, Arthur is a consultant at OBSAM in charge of international business development and key accounts. After an initial career in the banking sector and extensive hands-on international experience, Arthur has been working with OBSAM since 2025.

Guillaume

grassin

With several decades of expertise in aeronautical MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul), Guillaume has developed strong technical skills combined with the rigor required by the aerospace industry.

Passionate about IT, he supported the launch of OBSAM by structuring the IT department. He is the designer of BOREAL, our obsolescence management tool.

Zakaria

guelilia

A graduate of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Rennes, with a PhD in electronics and telecommunications, Zakaria has extensive experience in managing technical and IT projects.

Driven by innovation and digital transformation, he has been heading the Technological Innovation Department since 2023, where he oversees the teams responsible for software development and data governance. He leads OBSAM’s forward-looking projects in collaboration with private, institutional, and academic stakeholders.

Mickaëla

bolon

Holding a Bachelor’s degree (BUT) in Business and Administration Management (GEA) and a BTS in Accounting, Mickaëla spent 12 years in an aerospace SME as an accountant, HR manager, quality manager, and logistics manager. She joined OBSAM in 2023 as Accountant, HR Manager, and Quality Manager.

Jess

huré

After an initial experience as a logistics manager in the aeronautical sector, Jess joined OBSAM in 2018. He took charge of structuring the solution identification department within the framework of obsolescence management. By applying the rigor of aerospace industry processes across all industrial sectors covered, he advises clients while adapting to their specific requirements.

With strong operational and technical expertise, he has been Head of Production at OBSAM since 2023, overseeing monitoring, treatment, and sourcing activities.

Nathalie BARAT-VANDAMME has over 20 years of experience across the aerospace, rail, nuclear and industrial sectors.

Founder of OBSAM, she designs tailor-made solutions to support companies in addressing the technical and strategic challenges related to obsolescence.

LÉGER

A graduate of the Saint-Cyr Military Academy and a certified alumnus of the War College, Benoît has 30 years of experience in the operational readiness of land-based military equipment and in logistics for the French armed forces, both in operational roles and within strategic design and leadership bodies.

He also brings to OBSAM his expertise in human and organizational management, crisis management and institutional relations.
